STACK Infrastructure develops and operates hyperscale campuses across the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, having grown from eight sites at its 2019 launch to a portfolio measured in gigawatts. Backed by Blue Owl following its acquisition of IPI Partners, STACK builds to suit for cloud and AI tenants – its 500-acre Stafford campus in Virginia is planned for more than 1GW across 19 buildings. A run of securitisations, including US $ 1.4bn in green financing, funds the build programme.
