Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Singapore, STTGDC operates more than 110 facilities across 12 geographies, with 2.3GW of IT load spanning Asia Pacific and Europe – the latter through its VIRTUS Data Centres subsidiary. The platform serves hyperscale and enterprise customers deploying AI and cloud workloads. KKR and Singtel agreed in February 2026 to acquire ST Telemedia’ s remaining 82 % stake, valuing the business at US $ 10.9bn.
