Blue Owl Capital is an alternative asset manager whose digital infrastructure arm has become a principal source of private capital for hyperscale development. Its January 2025 acquisition of IPI Partners added more than US $ 11bn in assets and brought STACK Infrastructure into the portfolio. In October 2025 the firm agreed a US $ 27bn joint venture with Meta, taking an 80 % interest in the Hyperion campus in Louisiana. It also backs projects with Chirisa and PowerHouse Data Centers.
