From the outset , when TClarke was appointed as the General Contractor by Green Mountain for the the 1st phase of the 30Mw LON East campus expansion , the project has been guided by a set of Core Cultures . These cultures have shaped the journey thus far , emphasising safety , sustainability , and collaboration . The TClarke and Green Mountain teams are dedicated to upholding these values throughout the project .
To date , the focus has been on the Civil , Structural , and Architectural ( CSA ) elements , including adaptations to the existing substructure and superstructure to repurpose a large scale building , which has been home to the Green Mountain DC for many years . This repurposing has involved the installation of 330 helical piles , installation of 850 tonnes of steel Mezzanine floors and gantries , and the removal of existing roofing , all conducted around live services without any interruptions to Green Mountain or its clients .

As the project transitions quickly into the Mechanical , Electrical , Plumbing , and HVAC ( MEPH ) phase , with a target completion by the end of 2025 , the focus intensifies on building and testing the systems that will enable Green Mountain to offer a muchneeded “ East London offering ” to the data centre market , via an AI ready facility that will support high-density workloads .
Maintaining Safety , Quality Delivery standards to achieve our Clients “ Green Credentials ” and BREEAM Excellent target remains foremost in our plan along with the continued collaboration required to deliver this strategic facility for Green Mountain .
