Within the UK, where LINX is headquartered, resiliency has become more important than ever before, given the fact that data centres have been classified as critical national infrastructure there.
“ We’ re working with Ofcom on regulations and we have our ISO certification to aim for, so we’ ve just had to up our game massively,” Jennifer notes.“ Especially with the current geopolitics, there’ s a lot of talk about data sovereignty. What more can we do in the UK? Are there going to be clusters in the future that only want to work with UK data centres? Maybe, we don’ t know yet.”
