Susanna is a towering figure in digital infrastructure, bringing more than 33 years of design, build and operational experience to the sector. As the co-founder of European-funded startup InfraPrime, she is fiercely dedicated to achieving a carbon-free economy. Susanna has spearheaded the design of more than 4.8GW of clean energy data centre projects across 20 countries, aiding hyperscalers like Nvidia, Google and Microsoft in reaching their carbon neutrality goals. Her remarkable career includes managing more than 7,000 people globally and holding senior leadership roles at eBay, HP and Oracle. Today, Susanna acts as an Operating Partner at Digital Gravity Infrastructure Partners and a senior advisor to the UN Sustainable Development Goals programme. Recognised for her pioneering environmental work – including Absolute Zero and Net Zero utility designs – Susanna was the first woman to receive the Lifetime Data Center Innovation Achievement Award from Data Center Dynamics.
