Laura first joined Cologix in 2018 as the firm’ s President and Chief Revenue Officer, having by that point already enjoyed a hugely successful career at firms like Equinix and VMware. In the years since, she has risen to the firm’ s highest rank, where she uses her three decades of expertise to guide the strategy and execution of one of the world’ s most formidable and fastestgrowing data centre providers. She was appointed CEO of Cologix in 2022 and focuses on data centre colocation, interconnectivity and software development. Under Laura’ s leadership, Cologix has secured multi‐billion‐dollar backing from Stonepeak and pushed into new builds, expansions and joint ventures – all while maintaining a strong“ Together We Win” culture internally. She is also a strong champion for women in the sector, having set up Cologix’ s first women’ s network and having mentored colleagues who are themselves now in senior roles.
