Data Centre Leader: Ke Ruiwen Industry: Infrastructure / Connectivity

A state-owned carrier whose data centre estate spans more than 400 facilities across mainland China and overseas markets, China Telecom reported 91 EFLOPS of intelligent computing capacity at end-2025. Its Tianyi Cloud arm generated RMB120.7bn( US $ 18bn) that year, ranking second in China’ s public cloud IaaS market, while AIDC revenue reached RMB34.5bn( US $ 5.1bn). The Inner Mongolia Information Park at Horinger is designed for 100,000 racks, anchoring the state East Data West Computing programme, which shifts workloads towards renewable-rich western provinces.
