The digital landscape is changing and so the data centre landscape must change with it, advancing equality and championing women in technology.

Women have a limited presence in the data centre industry currently, making up less than 10 % of the global workforce. This figure has remained unchanged for several years now, prompting widespread calls for change.

As we reflect on International Women’ s Day, it’ s never been more important to highlight the role of women across the data centre industry. Having a broader range of voices and perspectives has been proven to amplify the potential of what the wider technology sector can achieve worldwide.

This list is a testament to the women who are experts in their field, who champion DEI and equality initiatives every day and who are proud to deliver the next chapter of innovation for the data centre industry.
