Reynolds founded Subsea Cloud in 2021 and now works to build, deploy and maintain underwater data centres. With a wealth of expertise, she started her career in oil and gas as an underwater robotics pilot and subsea engineer, before pivoting to ethical hacking and social engineering at PwC.

Jenny Gerson is the Senior Director of Sustainability at DataBank, where she leads ESG strategy, including a net-zero goal by 2030. She previously held sustainability roles at Maxar Technologies and Zayo Group.
