She has an extensive background in telecommunications, having worked for Three, Vodafone and Meteor Mobile Communications.

With

more than two decades of expertise in the telecoms and data centre sectors, Shalini Lagrutta has focused on restructuring DXN by prioritising growth. Prior to DXN, she worked in telecommunications roles across Japan, the UK and Malaysia. She also worked with Huawei in their early overseas expansion years.
