Since joining Microsoft in 2017, Noelle has championed innovation, operational excellence and sustainability while driving the scale and reliability that underpin the company’ s cloud services. An engineer by training, Noelle brings more than 25 years of experience from The Dow Chemical Company, where she led key manufacturing and supply chain operations across multiple continents. A passionate advocate for safety, compliance and women’ s leadership, she co-founded Dow’ s Women’ s Innovation Network and continues to mentor emerging leaders in technology and engineering.
