Goodman has secured a 20-year lease for the first 50MW phase of Tsukuba Tech Central, anchoring its planned 1GW data centre campus in Greater Tokyo, Japan. The facility is expected to be ready in early 2028. With power secured from TEPCO and diverse dark fibre routes, the campus is designed for high-density AI and cloud workloads.
