Meta has established the Future is for Everyone Fund, which will invest in teachers, first responders and energy and water infrastructure through programmes shaped by community needs in Texas and elsewhere. Equinix works to a set of Community Principles covering public infrastructure investment, power responsibility, jobs and skills development, natural resource protection and bridging the digital divide, as well as partnering with Dallas-area schools on technical education. QTS operates under its Commitment to Communities framework.
OpenAI frames the same territory as local partnership, with Uday stating:“ We will seek to build lasting local partnerships and invest in the people, institutions, and opportunities that help communities benefit from the growth taking place in their backyards.”
What the Texas approach signals for other markets This merits attention outside Texas because the five categories are portable.
