In August 2026, it agreed to acquire Atkore for US $ 95 per share, valuing the US manufacturer at an enterprise value of approximately US $ 3.8bn. Atkore supplies conduits, cable management trays, ladders and baskets, and recorded revenues of $ US2.85bn in its 2025 fiscal year.
