Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma SASE platform secures data centre and cloud workloads, branch offices and remote users through Zero Trust and cloud-delivered firewall services

Palo Alto Networks brings edge security into sharp focus for data centre operators and enterprise IT teams with its Prisma ® SASE( Secure Access Service Edge) platform. Designed around Zero Trust principles, Prisma provides cloud-delivered networking and security that extends protection from core data centres to branch offices, cloud workloads and remote users.

A key component is Prisma Access, which unifies functions such as Zero Trust Network Access( ZTNA), secure web gateways, advanced threat prevention and Firewall-as-a-Service( FWaaS). FWaaS enables firewall capabilities to be delivered as part of cloud infrastructure, protecting data centre-hosted applications alongside those running in the public cloud. For operators managing multiple sites, SSE with FWaaS provides the ability to aggregate traffic from on-premises facilities, distributed branches, mobile users and cloud platforms while enforcing uniform security and application policies across the board.
For data centre leaders, this reduces the reliance on physical appliances and simplifies complex hybrid environments. Prisma SASE also provides complete visibility into traffic flows and workloads, helping operators maintain compliance and resilience. With integrated threat intelligence and automation, Palo Alto Networks offers a scalable approach to securing digital infrastructure at both the core and edge.

“ In this new era, security is no longer a bolt on. It is a foundational enabler of transformational success”
