eStruxture has appointed Taylor Hammond as Vice President , Head of Corporate Development and Capital Markets , where he will be responsible for overseeing capital raising , mergers and acquisitions , real estate and power procurement .
Taylor has experience in capital markets and digital infrastructure , as well as equity and debt transactions , with a focus on data centres and related infrastructure .
Before joining eStruxture Taylor was Director , Investment Banking at Scotiabank , where he led the bank ’ s Digital Infrastructure team .
Taylor said he was excited to join eStruxture at such a pivotal moment in the company ’ s evolution , as the data centre industry navigates continued growth .
