Flexential appoints Ryan Mallory, its current President and Chief Operating Officer, as CEO with immediate effect. He succeeds Chris Downie, who steps down after nine years in the role. The appointment comes as the company continues to expand capacity, scale interconnection and respond to demand for AI-ready digital infrastructure.

Bill Walter joins the Black Box Global Data Centre team from CEC Facilities Group. He will lead the Black Box Field Operations & Preconstruction organisation for the hyperscale data centre business to ensure precision, scalability and excellence across the company’ s global delivery footprint.
