Soluna Holdings has appointed Michael Picchi as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective 1 April 2026. Michael will lead Soluna’ s finance organisation and support its capital strategy as the company scales this approach across new sites. The appointment of a permanent CFO comes as Soluna looks to balance project delivery with disciplined capital deployment.

Stellanor Datacenters has appointed Gary Watson as Group Chief Operations Officer. Gary will bring more than 25 years of data centre experience to his new role, which will focus on delivering numbers, innovative and sustainable solutions in the data centre industry. At Stellanor, Gary will hope to maximise existing infrastructure and develop UK capacity.
