Empyrion Digital has appointed Serene F K Ow as Chief Design and Construction Officer. She joins from Digital Realty, where she was Head of Design for APAC. In her new role as Chief Design and Construction Officer, she will lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing design, tender, construction, testing and commissioning.

Alicia Ruckteschler has been appointed as Chief Procurement Officer at Vantage Data Centers. She joins from Equinix, where she was Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, and in her new role will lead global sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships and procurement operations to support large-scale data centre development and expansion.
