The company’ s Everything as a Grid approach transforms traditional electrical systems from passive loads into active energy management assets. Eaton demonstrated this philosophy at its Arecibo, Puerto Rico facility, integrating solar generation, battery storage and digital control systems within an operational microgrid that independently operates during grid outages while strategically producing, storing and consuming electricity based on pricing signals.
