CLOUD & COLOCATION

When enterprises face mounting pressure from AI workloads and shifting infrastructure demands, managed colocation has emerged as the answer – and Csquare is at the forefront of this transformation.

The company’ s business model coalesces around offering space, power and connectivity for enterprise and hyperscale customers who prefer managed colocation rather than building their own data centres. This approach has made Csquare a key infrastructure partner during a period when global data centre capacity could more than triple by 2030.
Founded in early 2024 through the merger of Evoque Data Center Solutions and Cyxtera Technologies under Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, Csquare rapidly established itself as a colocation powerhouse. The April 2024 rebrand unified two substantial portfolios into a single operator with 80 facilities following recent acquisitions.
Strategic expansion In October 2025, Csquare announced a US $ 1bn self-funded expansion, adding 10 data centres across strategic North American markets. The acquisition package included facilities in Dallas, Boston, Minneapolis, Tulsa, Nashville, Raleigh, Toronto and Montreal – expanding the company’ s footprint to capture surging demand for AI-ready infrastructure.
