Spencer is the Chief Executive Officer of E3 Platforms, Inc., and the novel approach to behind-themeter generation at utility-scale known as master-planned digital infrastructure parks( MDIPs). Spencer has deep expertise with utilities and energy acquisition, data center development, real estate land development, power generation development and infrastructure deployment. Having worked with and developed digital infrastructure assets across the globe, and with a deep understanding of the macroeconomic influences facing both digital infrastructure developers, grid operators and investor-owned utilities, he devised the MDIP structure to address market demand, satisfy regulatory compliance, and cultivate sustainable community economic development.
