Bára brings extensive experience in leading transformation programmes across telecoms, software and engineering sectors.

As Director of PMO & Product, she will oversee process development, governance and product alignment. Her focus will be on connecting functions such as development, sustainability and sales to ensure clarity, scalability and efficiency in project delivery.
