Zero-water cooling system powers high-density edge infrastructure
Netrality Data Centers has completed a 3,800-squarefoot high-density data hall at its Indy Telcom Center in Indianapolis, delivering 1MW of critical capacity designed to handle workloads up to 30kW per cabinet.
The facility employs Delta Cube ³ cooling technology, a closed-loop system that eliminates water waste whilst capturing heat directly at source. The modular design optimises power use and adapts to growing demands from AI, machine learning and high-performance computing workloads without requiring infrastructure reconfiguration.
The development follows Netrality’ s US $ 380m sustainability-linked loan, which ties funding to targets including infrastructure upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
The company has owned the entire Indy Telcom Center campus since July 2021, positioning it as the primary interconnection point for Indianapolis with ultra-low latency routes to Chicago, St. Louis and Kansas City. With more than 40 on-net providers, the site supports scalable interconnection for enterprises and cloud platforms requiring flexible, high-performance environments at the edge.
“These enhancements are designed to meet the growing demands of the digital economy”
