“ Our immediate priority is to commence developments at our Manchester and Park Royal sites, where we are already seeing strong interest from organisations looking to deploy inference platforms similar to Nebius,” says Spencer.

“ Beyond that, in 2027 we will be looking to acquire a further one or two sites to support the continued growth of our platform.

“ How we deliver that growth matters as much as the growth itself. I am convinced that our advantage in future will be defined less by who has the latest mechanical and electrical design and more by how well we bring developments out of the ground, by engaging communities fairly and openly and explaining the benefits these facilities bring. Planning scrutiny is increasing here and across markets such as Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Dublin.
