PHIL FISCHER

With over 25 years of experience in distributed generation and data centers, Phil Fischer has held key roles at NEC Energy Solutions, APC, Schneider Electric, Eaton, and Nidec Industrial Solutions. Phil offers deep expertise in the development, design, construction, and operation of mission critical facilities. His background includes site selection, master planning, data center design, power generation( thermal, renewables, nuclear), transmission and distribution, water and cooling systems, and fiber planning.

HEATHER CHESLEK

GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL WATER SOLUTION LEADER
With over 25 years of engineering experience, Heather Cheslek specialises in planning, optimising, designing and constructing water and wastewater infrastructure. Heather holds a bachelor’ s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and a master’ s in environmental engineering from MIT. She is a registered professional engineer and actively contributes to several state and national organisations. Heather also serves on the Professional Advisory Board or Michigan State University’ s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department.

Kyle Kropf leads a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative, full-lifecycle solutions for data centre clients. With extensive experience in conceptual and detailed design, Kyle has worked on hyperscale data centres, integrated emerging technologies, applied distributed energy resources and retrofitted mission critical systems. His focus is on world-class project execution and aligning technical excellence with client needs. Kyle’ s leadership ensures that each project meets the evolving demands of the data centre industry while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency and innovation.

MIKEAL VINCENT

CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER
Mikeal Vincent is a Client Account Manager at Black & Veatch. She has more than 20 years of experience in engineering design and management in the planning, design and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, pumping stations, water supply and CSO tunnel facilities, reservoirs and dams, and electrical facilities. She is a results-oriented leader, specializing in problem solving, client relationship management and client satisfaction. Mikeal is currently responsible for leveraging Black & Veatch’ s expertise to develop solutions for hyperscale and colocation data center clients.
